Gymnastics Instruction

Cartwheels, backflips, and balance beam mastery - oh my! Our gymnastics instruction is the crème de la crème of tumbling tutelage. With 30 years under our belt (or should we say leotard?), we've honed our teaching techniques to perfection. We offer classes for a variety of ages and skill levels.

Mini Ninja Class

Who says ninjas can't do cartwheels? Our Mini Ninja Class is where stealth meets somersaults! This isn't your average gymnastics class. It's a high-energy, obstacle-course-conquering adventure that'll have your little warriors flipping out (in the best way possible).

Competitive Teams

Our Competitive Teams program empowers athletes to grow at their own pace through USA Gymnastics programs, creative routines, and attainable goals. From Xcel Bronze to Sapphire, we provide a supportive environment where gymnasts can build strength, confidence, and a love for the sport while experiencing the excitement of competition.

Party Facilities

Forget bounce houses. Our party facilities will give your kid's birthday a serious lift! Our birthday bashes are legendary, combining the thrill of gymnastics with the joy of celebration. Packages are available. Our gym is also a good place to host anniversary, baptism, and first communion parties.
